My son Henrique took drum lessons with Francis from ages 7 to 10. Those were three years of many discoveries and learnings.

What charmed us the most was the fact that the lessons went beyond learning how to play an instrument. During these three years, Henrique could expand his musical repertoire; could talk about football, which he loves; could share with his teacher the discoveries of the different phases of his age, among so many other things. All this was only possible because Francis was far beyond a teacher, he was a friend and a partner who knew how to understand with great sensitivity the characteristics and nuances of this phase.

These were three years of much complicity that involved the entire family.
